The team will be recruited based on the principles of legendary Silicon Valley business coach Bill Campbell. I can bring with me a team of people whom I trust, in the amount of 20-30 people - these are people from Ukraine, Russia, and Europe.

Work on projects will be organized through the creation of small competing teams working on a specific project, development, or problem. Between teams, healthy competition will be established. The development team will report directly to me and their immediate manager.

I want to attract geniuses to work as consultants - Steve Wozniak, Edward Snowden, Johnny Ive, Guy Kawasaki, Angela Arendts, Andy Rubin, Boris Johnson, as well as their work colleagues.

The salary will be set as follows - a uniform salary rate worldwide (regardless of the country of residence), multiplying the salary ratio, various bonuses and incentives, company shares, payment of interest rates on loans, it is possible to pay tax deductions.
